Message First, as has been recommended, check the overall health of your engine.
-Compression Test
-Last timing belt service
-Oil in inter cooler pipes
-Coil resistance of injectors

These things will tell you what needs to be replaced.

Second, you then need to figure out what you can do vs. what you'll need to pay a mechanic to do. If you can't do the work, find a Z mechanic who specializes in the Z32. And for the record, don't take the car to a Nissan dealership.

Third, spend money replacing and fixing things first before spending money on 'upgrades.'
